Successful festival looks to have legs

SYDNEY Opera House's new Spring Dance festival should be a stayer. In its first year the program has been small but well chosen.
There was an international headliner at commercial prices (flamenco superstar Eva Yerbabuena, reviewed earlier), a free film program on the Opera House forecourt that attracted about 5400 people through three evenings, and an online choreographic competition that scored 75 entries from across the world and more than 97,000 visits to the site.
