Oh You Beautiful Stage (OYBS)
OYBS was initially produced in Partnership with Arts Victoria and first published in 1999. Its intent was to establish a set of benchmarks against which venue owners, predominantly local government in Victoria, could implement plans to improve and upgrade the infrastructure and operations of their performing arts centres with financial assistance from the state government.
In late 2005 the document was thoroughly reviewed to ensure its relevance and credibility to the industry and this process of update and review will continue as necessary.
VAPAC distributes this publication throughout Australia. The 2006 edition is now out of stock. We are currently reviewing and updating the publication and anticipate having a new edition available in early 2012.
